Q#1: Do you ship worldwide?
Answer: Shipping is possible within all EU countries and selected non-EU countries. These include Switzerland, Great Britain, Norway, Morocco, Canada and the USA.
Q#2: Do you offer returns?
Answer: We offer automated returns. Simply click on Returns in the menu and fill out the form. If you cannot return the item with DHL, please contact us by email and we will find an alternative. International customers should also contact us by email so that we can process a return.
Q#3: I just placed my order. Can I cancel it?
Answer: Once an order has been placed, it can no longer be cancelled. Of course, a return can be arranged afterwards.
Q#4: Can I add/remove products from my order?
Answer: You can try to contact us and ask for a change to the order. However, this is not guaranteed and is only possible if the package has not yet been shipped.
Q#5: Can I track my packages online?
Answer: You can easily track your packages online. As soon as the package has been sent, you should receive an email with the tracking information. If you haven't received anything, check your spam folder or contact us.
